Anchored on 270 feet of pristine shoreline, Vayhaus Lake Sinclair reimagines the classic lake house as a contemporary pavilion where 10-by-32-foot retractable glass walls dissolve into wide-open water views.
Designed by Mike and Raquel Ayres, the three-bedroom retreat (plus a six-bed bunk loft) layers alfresco kitchens, salt-water pool decks, and an oversized round sofa into a setting where golden-hour reflections run right through the living room.
A Lakeside Pavilion Made for Connection
Start the day with sunrise swims from the private dock; wind down around the courtyard fire-pit or a friendly ping-pong match beside the salt-water pool.
Inside, a 17-foot kitchen island handles everything from pancake spreads to cocktail class, while floor-to-ceiling windows frame mirrored sunsets. Modern perks—85-inch smart TV, surround sound, and gig-speed Wi-Fi—mean comfort never takes a back seat to scenery.
