Our Story
Anchored on 270 feet of pristine shoreline, Vayhaus Lake Sinclair reimagines the classic lake house as a contemporary pavilion, with 10-by-32-foot retractable glass walls that dissolve into wide-open water views. Designed by Mike and Raquel Ayres, the three-bedroom retreat (plus a six-bed bunk loft) layers alfresco kitchens, saltwater pool decks, and an oversized round sofa into a setting where golden-hour reflections run right through the living room.
