Our Story
Perched on a private Smoky-Mountain ridgeline, Vayhaus Gatlinburg fuses striking modern architecture with awe-inspiring wilderness. Soaring 15-foot glass walls frame uninterrupted views of America's most-visited national park, trading the rustic log-cabin vernacular for panoramic horizons and starlit skies. Designed by Mike and Raquel Ayres, this three-bedroom, three-bath structure pairs clean lines and curated furnishings with a courtyard hot tub, gas fireplace, and living green wall. Minutes from downtown yet wrapped in forest quiet, the site delivers on both fronts — design-forward architecture and unfiltered nature.
