Here's how we're doing it!
Preserving Nature
Being aware of the negative impact our industry has on the environment, we are constantly looking for ways to drive sustainability.

Our first property — located in Gatlinburg, TN — we built without cutting down a single tree. Taking advantage of the clearing from the house that was lost in the wildfires of 2016, we reused many of the existing elements including the septic tank, retaining wall, and the driveway.

We hope to set this as our precedent and we are committed to seeking out all the opportunities that each property presents to grow VAYHAUS with minimal impact.
Reversing Our Impact
We've explored the options: partnerships with companies providing carbon offsets, solar panel configurations, and hydropower solutions. Being able to control where those resources go is important to us and we want to be able to show the positive impact we can directly have.

We are currently exploring a special program that will do just that. Stay tuned as this develops.
Going Electric
To help you explore nature worry free and to reduce the impact on the environment, we plan to include a few Rivian vehicles with our upcoming cabins in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Installation of EV charging stations at our existing properties and future projects are currently being planned.
